Last week, Bill’s crew of two young men plus foreman, Zaven, came to my home in Cambridge to create a French drain and sump pump in my 125-year-old basement. This was brutal work, in awful-basement conditions, and looked physically way demanding. These guys were timely, professional, polite, and they.worked.hard.! They were pleasurable to have around, and Zaven has not only obvious technical skills but excellent interpersonal skills; he was just wonderful as someone with whom I could touch base, very available and explained patiently what was going on.
